All orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Orders are generally shipped in 5 business days after your order is processed and your signed Proof Approval is returned. Delivery normally takes an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
Custom printed or written products require a Signed Proof Approval Form prior to production and are therefore not returnable. However, if The Error Was In The Proof You Approved, we will reprint your order at half price provided you return the entire misprinted order.
Products with warranties will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty.
